Primrose Herd select their free range duck legs exclusively from the ethical farmers at Creedy Carver. They're slowly grown and fed an all natural diet in their outdoor habitat, producing a leaner and more flavourful meat. Hand plucking and finishing produces the crispiest skin possible..
