This experience is designed for those who want to go beyond the glass and connect with the living history of wine and Chilean cuisine. We begin with a tour of the winery, where you will know the different styles of winemaking that have marked the trajectory: from the primitive vats of greda, the centuries-old fudres, vats of French oak and concrete tanks, to the arrival of stainless steel in Chile. We will visit the vat room and the barrel room, understanding how each method influences the character of the wine. Then, we will go out to the vineyard to talk about the vine cycles, harvesting styles and the influence of the Cachapoal Valley terroir. The experience culminates with a four-stroke lunch, paired with reserve and premium wines.
