Mexican Haddock Bake

Freshly diced prime cod chunks are topped with a delicious Italian tomato and herb sauce, topped with a cheddar breadcrumb. Specially prepared for each order in the Regal factory each morning using the freshest fish and finest ingredients. This bake is delicious and perfect for any Italian lover.  We love this bake served with pasta, gnocchi or mini roast potatoes. Whatever you fancy on the day, this recipe is so versatile, it tastes great with everyting! Also delicious served simply with bread/ focaccia. Cooking instructions: Oven Bake. Preheat oven to 200°C or 180°C fan assisted/ Gas Mark 6Remove film and place the tray on a preheated baking tray lined with baking paper in the centre of the oven. Cook for 25-30 minutes or until cooked. Check food is piping hot.
