Anchovy is caught by the Cantabrian fleet only in season through traditional and sustainable fishing. We select each batch individually, choosing those that contain an optimal fat percentage for the natural smoking process without preservatives or additives. They are tender, moist, lightly smoked and genuinely delicious.  Fillets of Cantabrian anchovy smoked in olive oil in a 255g can. This size is perfect as a snack for six people.
