2 Craster kipper fillets per pack, no artificial colour, additives or dye  Warm and serve with fresh bread and poached egg One pack will serve 2 people up a lovely breakfast These are the filleted version of the famous Craster kipper, with most of those pesky bones removed - many kipper-lovers will just crunch through them. Despite the odd bone, these kippers have a wonderful texture, and a beautiful skin. The herring that is used to create these little masterpieces are landed in Norway from the North Sea. They have been smoked in the same brick chimneys for over 100 years. There are no artificial colouring, additives or dyes. Each pack contains two sets of butterflied fillets.
