Since it's completely prepped and ready to be cooked, it's just waiting on you to pop in the oven, or on the grill. This is a delicious way to enjoy a whole fish and is a wonderful center piece if you're putting on a dinner party. Or if you're anything like us, you'll just take a fork to it. When we had the pleasure of taste testing this wonderful new creation, it didn't last long! Have it with some new potatoes at a summer BBQ or maybe as a late game addition to a fish curry.
