Guided Rooftop Oyster Tasting with an Oyster Sommelier

Our little rooftop patio is intimate, serene, and full of texture. Our tastings take place along a working waterfront, which is such an important part of Maine heritage and culture. You'll hear bustling sounds of the lobster boats and chatter from our local fisherman. Our views are also home to ospreys and eagles. Don't be surprised to catch a sighting! Virginia has spent 8 years writing about oyster farmers. She is certified in Gastronomic Tourism by Le Cordon Bleu Paris, serves as an Oyster Sommelier, and is a certified member of the prestigious Oyster Master Guild. She launched Lady Oyster, a culinary tour company, to help visitors and Mainers alike connect more deeply with Maine seafood.
