75cl / 13% - Guillaume Sergent's family has been making wine for two centuries. He works his vineyards organically and biodynamically, making wines that are beautifully linear and mineral. This wine has a herbaceous, savoury character with hints of bay leaf, lime zest and rosehip. Autumn leaves, sage and cool fruits keep the palate lively while still allowing the elegance of the fruit to shine through.
