The Billecart Salmon Le Réserve has a very light and harmonious pour, made from a blend of Pinot Noir, Meunier and Chardonnay grapes from the best sites in the Champagne region. This wine is a blend of three different years, sourced from the Champagne region. The House of Billecart Salmon, established in 1818 by Nicolas-François Billecart, is one of the few remaining Champagne houses to be owned by the original founding family. They continue to make rich and complex wines from their series of small family holdings throughout the Marne and Montagne de Reims regions.
