Full Cure: 24 hours (depending on conditions and bead size). Coverage: Approx. 14 m (5mm bead) per cartridge. Application Temperature: +5 °C to +40 °C. Service Temperature: -40 °C to +90 °C (brief exposure to +100 °C). Storage: Store unopened in dry conditions between +5 °C and +25 °C. Shelf Life: Up to 18 months from date of manufacture. Suitable Substrates. Wood, MDF, plasterboard. Concrete, brick, stone. Glass, ceramic tiles. Unbacked mirrors. Metals. Some plastics (excluding polyethylene, polypropylene, PTFE). Application Instructions. Ensure surfaces are sound, clean, and free of dust, oil, or loose material. Cut cartridge and nozzle to suit bead size and fit into a standard caulking gun. Apply 5mm beads to one surface—spacing at 100–150mm for rigid materials or 200–500mm for lightweight boards. Press parts firmly together within 10 minutes. Support if needed until cured. Clean uncured adhesive with white spirit; cured material must be removed mechanically. Limitations & Precautions. Not suitable for polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), PTFE or bitumen-covered surfaces. Do not use on mirrors with safety backing film. Not suitable for areas under constant water immersion. Do not bond to painted finishes that cannot support mechanical loads.
