Preparation: Ensure surfaces are clean, sound, and free from grease, oil, or old sealant. For best adhesion, clean with a suitable solvent.. Apply Product: Cut nozzle to desired bead size and apply using a standard or pneumatic sealant gun.. Tooling: Smooth sealant with a spatula or wetted finger within the skin time.. Curing: Full cure occurs at approx. 2–3mm per 24 hours depending on humidity and substrate.. Limitations. Not suitable for PE, PP, PTFE, or bituminous surfaces..
