StoneCare4U Essential Black Spot Remover effectively eliminates black spots from patios, paving, and paths. Specifically formulated for natural stone and other outdoor stone and masonry surfaces, this alkaline-based cleaner removes dirt, grime, algae, lichen, and persistent black spot deposits. Application involves pre-cleaning loose debris and wearing appropriate safety gear (gloves, eyewear, mask, clothing). Use neat or diluted 1:1 with water, always test a small area first to determine dilution and dwell time. Apply via pump sprayer, watering can, or directly from the container, ensuring the surface remains wet for at least two hours (misting with water if necessary). Agitate stained areas with a brush as needed. After a two to four-hour dwell time (up to eight hours or overnight for stubborn stains), neutralize with clean water before power washing. Avoid contact with vegetation, rinse thoroughly if contact occurs. May cause slight surface lightening, test in an inconspicuous area before full application. Contains a chlorine-type agent, avoid contact with fabrics and tarmac. Two to three applications may be needed for aged lichen. Coverage: Up to 50m² per 5L (1:1 dilution).
