It is formulated to prevent mould and algae growth. This oil prevents splitting and cracking and will not peel or flake off.. With added UV protection, this oil will bring out the natural colour of the wood and should be tested on a suitable off-cut for colour, compatibility and finish. This oil will have a clear, matt finish once dry.
