The anti-carbonation properties also resist the ingress of carbon dioxide from car exhaust fumes and prevent deterioration of concrete and steel. Providing approximately 10m² per litre, per coat, depending upon the nature and absorbency of the surface being painted, the Leyland Trade Smooth Masonry paint is touch dry within 1-2 hours and has a drying time of 4-6 hours. With 1-2 coats required for optimum results, this quick drying exterior masonry paint is easily applied with a brush, roller or sprayer.
