Say goodbye to cracks and stains with this StoneCare4U Essential Concrete Sealer. This solution is specially formulated with synthetic resins to seal and protect concrete surfaces. It offers excellent water repellency, and when applied externally, this sealer also helps to reduce efflorescence, green growth and algae. Once sealed, the concrete sealer provides long-lasting protection and requires very little maintenance. Easy to use, you can apply this ready-to-use concrete sealer straight from the bottle for quickly sealing porous concrete surfaces. This technical, synthetic resin emulsion is perfect for significantly reducing water absorption of treated surfaces without clogging the pores or capillaries. It also impacts the potential for organic soiling while allowing the material to 'breathe' and transfer moisture vapour. Directions for use: Before use, remove any loose debris from the work surface and ensure you have adequate safety wear, i.e. gloves, suitable protective eyewear, face mask and clothing. Note: Follow the instructions below and perform a small test application on-site in an inconspicuous area prior to use. This will indicate the suitability and effectiveness of the product for your surface. If unsuitable for your requirements, do not proceed. Before application, the surface must be completely clean and dry. Application methods include a low-pressure sprayer, roller, natural fibre brush or sponge. Application temperature range: 12° to 23°C. Apply the Essential Concrete Sealer to saturation, two coats of "wet on wet" are needed to ensure complete coverage. Do not dilute. Surface dry after 45-60 minutes. If rain is forecast or starts, then stop treatment immediately and cover the freshly impregnated areas, the surface is required to stay completely dry for the first six hours after application. Please Note: The concrete sealer may cause a change of appearance on some surfaces - always try the product in an inconspicuous area before use where appearance is crucial. Surfaces that are not to be sealed should be protected with masking material. Maintenance: Clean sealed areas with a mild, pH-neutral cleaner or a very mild concentration outdoor cleaner. Do not use harsh or abrasive cleaning agents as this can have a negative effect on the treated surface. Coverage: 4 to 10m² per litre per coat. This depends on the porosity of the surface.
