AK Interactive Real Colors - IDF Sand Grey 1970s-1980s

High quality lacquer based paint with a chemical formula and color accuracy superior to other brands in the market. Flows smoothly in an airbrush; adheres to the surface and dries perfectly with a soft finish. Holds firmly all kind of weathering products. May be diluted with RC701/RC702 High Compatibility Thinner or other thinners intended for lacquer based paints. Standard color of IDF vehicles and military equipment after the Yom Kippur War in 1973 when more IDF land forces were positioned in the northern frontiers and their vehicles received a darker tone, which was more suitable for blending with the greyish terrain color of the north of Israel.
