Recoat Time: 12–24 hours, ensuring the substrate is completely dry.. Storage: 24 months in original unopened packaging, stored between +5°C and +30°C.. Application Instructions. Surface Preparation: Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from loose materials, oils, or grease. Repair any cracks or damaged areas with suitable Mapei repair mortars.. Product Preparation: Silancolor Base Coat is supplied ready to use. Stir thoroughly before application.. Application: Apply evenly using a brush, roller, or spray. Protect the treated surface from rain for at least 12 hours after application.. Drying: Allow the primer to dry completely (12–24 hours) before applying Silancolor finishes.. Limitations. Do not apply on metal surfaces.. Avoid application on damp or uncured substrates.. Do not apply at temperatures below +5°C or above +35°C.. Avoid application if rain is expected within 12 hours.. Cleaning of Tools. Clean all tools and equipment with water immediately after use, before the product dries.
