Surface Preparation: Ensure substrates are uniformly dry, sound, and free from dust, loose particles, paint, wax, oil, rust, or other contaminants.. Application: Apply Eco Prim T Plus using a brush or roller. For absorbent substrates, dilute with water at a ratio of 1:2; use undiluted on non-absorbent substrates..
