This Blackfriar Paint & Varnish Remover is brilliant for easily removing layers of paint from wood, metal and even glass. Requiring minimal preparation, the Paint & Varnish Remover is fast-acting and softens and renews brushes. Blackfriar Paint & Varnish Remover is a solvent-based product with coverage of 4m²/l and after just 3 minutes the paint will blister and lift. Blackfriar Paint & Varnish Remover is not for use with water-based products. Depending on the toughness of the paint it may require extra coatings every 30 minutes. Effective on wood, metal and glass, the fast acting formula has a non-drip consistency, which makes it easy to apply to all surfaces. It will not discolour or raise the grain of wood. Able to remove gloss and emulsion paints as well as varnishes and French Polish.
