Owatrol Emulsa-Bond Mix-in Primer 1L

Owatrol E-B is a stir in paint additive which can be uses in water-based masonry or interior paints and helps paints stick to unstable surfaces. Owatrol E-B is also suitable for chalky and powdery surfaces, crumbling brickwork or render. It acts as a stabiliser, firmly connecting the first coat of paint to the unstable surface therefore eliminating the need for a primer at all. Easily stirred into your chosen water based paint or varnish it does not alter the original colour of the paint, but infact speeds up and overall simplifies the entire painting process. It can be used on plaster and masonry, wood, glass, plastic, and varnished surfaces, has a short recoating time of up to 4 hours and can be easily applied through a brush or roller.
