Corrugated asbestos cement roof sheets.. Some cement fibre sheets (verify suitability before application).. Application Instructions. Surface Preparation: Pre-treat the roof with Kingfisher Bio Wash to eliminate moss, mould, and lichens. Allow seven days for activation.. Cleaning: Dampen the surface to suppress dust and remove debris manually. Avoid high-pressure washing to prevent fibre release.. Repairs: Address any damaged areas using appropriate sealants or repair materials.. Priming: Apply Kingfisher Asbestos Sealer & Primer to stabilize the surface, especially on porous or friable areas.. Coating: Apply two coats of Asbestos Roof Coating by brush or airless spray, allowing 4–8 hours drying time between coats.. Limitations & Safety. For use on pitched roofs only; not suitable for flat roofs.. Do not apply if rain is expected within 24 hours.. Ensure adequate ventilation during application.. Wear appropriate PPE when handling asbestos-containing materials.. Dispose of waste in accordance with local regulations..
