Bartoline Raw Linseed Oil 2L

Bartoline Raw Linseed Oil 2L Raw Linseed Oil is suitable for all wood types and is very water-resistant making it ideal for garden furniture and also stone floors, including terracotta tiling. It is a popular product with wood enthusiasts making it ideal for wooden sports equipment and musical instruments. Hardwoods such as Oak and Teak should be treated with Teak Oil. Preparation: Ensure that the surface to be treated is clean and dry. Remove any paint or stain with sandpaper. Wipe the surface with a cloth dampened with White Spirit to remove any grease or dirt. Treat any mildew etc. with Fungicidal Wash. Application: Apply Raw Linseed Oil using a clean lint free cloth and rub in well, remove excess. For best results apply 2 or 3 coats allowing 24 hours between coats. The oil will take approximately 1 week to fully dry. After Care: Soiled application cloths should not be left where they may constitute a fire hazard as they can be liable to self-igniting without warning. Immediately after use, wash all cloths with soapy water and dispose of safely outside. Clean equipment with White Spirit.
