The Medium Can Be Used When The Liquid Watercolour Needs To Remain Soluble For Several Days And Can Be Added In Any Amount, Although A Ratio Of 1:1 Is Recommended. It Is Ideal For Use When Painting Wet-on-wet: It Can Be Added Drop By Drop To The Water Used To Dampen The Paper, In Order To Slow Down Evaporation.
