A highly penetrative, water based stabiliser suitable for use on most exterior masonry surfaces & exterior grade building boards Sandtex Trade Quick Dry Stabilising Solution is a water-based stabiliser for most exterior masonry surfaces and exterior grade building boards. It is ready to use and must not be thinned or mixed with decorating materials. It is used to treat chalking, weathered and porous surfaces and is quick drying. It is used to allow for greater adhesion for masonry paints. This water-borne Stabilising Solution is touch dry in 1 hour under normal conditions and recoatable after 4 hours.
