This picking trolley model has been designed for use in conjunction with distribution containers and offers a versatile solution to your handling and lifting requirements. It's been specially constructed to allow the operative to be able to open and close the lid of the bottom container without the need to remove it from the trolley which saves time and effort. Each of the two levels will transport either one container measuring 600x400mm or two containers of 400x300mm dimensions. Our picking trolley features an ergonomically shaped handle and is finished with a comfort grip for long periods of use. The sturdy frame sits on two 200mm diameter rubber tyred wheels and two 125mm diameter castors which are silent running. This trolley weighs just 14.5kg for ultimate manoeuverability and can safely handle a maximum capacity of 50kg. Please note that the containers are sold separately under item codes E387985 and E387986. These attached lid distribution containers are designed to be used with our picking trolley (E387984). These tough containers are manufactured from polypropylene and feature integral hinged lids designed to be opened whilst in transit on our picking trolley. These can be stacked up to a maximum of 6 containers high and feature reinforced bases which make them particularly suited to use with conveyors. And when not in use these distribution containers will nest which saves up to 75% of their height. These two-tone green containers can be used in a multitude of environments that operate at temperatures between -20°C and +80°C. Available as both 25L and 64L these tubs will shield your contents from any dirt or moisture.
