Loctite 278 is a high strength thread locker suitable for permanent locking of threaded fasteners in high temperature environments. Its high strength prevents loosening and makes it more suited for fasteners which do not require disassembly such as studs.Ideal for high temperature environments up to 200 deg CHigh strength, ideal for locking threaded studs so they do not loosen when the nut is removedResistant to light contamination of oils20-60 mins fixture time (dependent on metal type)Loctite 278 is suitable for use on thread sizes up to M32 (1 3/8") and has an operating temperature of -50 to 200 deg C.50ml bottle
