The assembly table provides a robust work surface especially for assembly and welding work . Its robust solid steel table frame guarantees maximum stability and durability. The metal plate allows for the easy drilling of holes to securely fasten fixtures, devices or jigs. The dual-layer tabletop system consists of an 8 mm thick top and bottom plate, a total of 16 mm thick, with an integrated substructure of two longitudinal beams and three cross beams. The flatness of the work table corresponds to the factory standard WN 5110000, based on DIN ISO 2768-2. As standard, the top plate is made of S355 and the bottom plate of S235, other versions are available on request. The table frame has six legs made of 8 mm thick material. Each foot is equipped with a levelling foot to compensate for uneven flooring of up to 5 cm. Cross braces in the lower third of the legs give the work table high stability and offer the option to mount an intermediate shelf or attachments. The outer leg spacing of 1740 x 740 mm ensures sufficient legroom while providing high stability. All frame parts are powder coated for high durability. The assembly table is ideally suited as a welding workstation, metal work table or assembly workstation in areas such as mechanical engineering, toolmaking, industry and steel construction.
