Manually operated entrance barrier for security Featuring a fixed support post. This barrier system can be used for restricting larger vehicles by setting a maximum width to your entrance. The red painted boom rests on the support reducing strain on the mechanism. This range of counter-balanced rising barriers are suitable for restricting and allowing controlled access to; car parks lorry parks industrial units warehouses building sites and agricultural yards. They are especially ideal for sites where there is no power as the barriers are manually controlled and they can locked in the closed or open position. Available in 7 widths to suit your premises and the size of vehicles you wish to permit access to the separate steel rest post effectively restricts access to vehicles wider than the open width of the barrier. Both the pivot post and the rest post are made from hot dip galvanised steel which is powder coated red and the barrier arm is made from strong lightweight rust free aluminium which is coloured white with red reflective stripes. The posts are designed for surface fixing.
