Davies Craig Mechanical Thermal Switch Fan Controller - Without Relay / Fuse

The Mechanical Thermal Switch senses the coolant temperature after it passes through the engine block prior to entering the radiator and is adjustable from 40º to 100º Celsius (104º to 212ºF). The Thermal Switch is mounted near the radiator and the stainless steel probe fitted inside the radiator hose. The Thermal Switch is then connected to the ignition circuit for operation.Note: If using this switch with a EWP (Electric Water Pump), it will not vary the speed of the pump in response to engine temperature but rather turn the pump on and off at your set temperature. For EWP control, we would recommend using the EWP / Fan Digital Controller which can manage both the EWP and your Thermatic Fans. Using the EWP controller to vary your electric water pump running speed will vastly increase the life of the pump, as it is not running flat out all of the time.
