FloPlast Ring Seal Soil Vent Terminal - 110mm Cast Iron Effect

This PVC vent terminal is commonly referred to as a bird cage in the building trade. It sits on top of the vent pipe to prevent birds from entering or nesting within the soil pipe, causing a blockage of the vent pipe which in turn would prevent the drainage system from operating correctly due to pressure imbalances. The terminal is fitted over the outside of the soil pipe. The cast iron effect finish on this range has been developed over many years using a specially formulated paint process that cleverly mimics the metal products of yesteryear. It really does look like cast iron but with the maintenance free benefits of modern PVC. The system, which carries a 20 year colour guarantee, is complemented by a large range of matching gutter products.
