Bondloc B515 Instant Low Pressure Gasket Sealant

The Bondloc B515 Instant Low Pressure Gasket Sealant is a purple, smooth paste that cures in place to form a tough, flexible gasket. This anaerobic sealant is designed to replace traditional gaskets on engine and pump components, providing an instant low pressure seal once confined between mating surfaces. Easily applied straight from the tube, the B515 flange sealant offers excellent gap filling properties up to 0.5mm, making it ideal for slightly imperfect mating surfaces. The paste viscosity ensures controlled application without dripping or running, whilst the cured product maintains performance across a wide temperature range from -55°C to +150°C. This gasket sealant is particularly suited to automotive and small engine applications including fuel and water pumps, split crank cases, gearbox covers, engine timing cam covers, and air compressor end caps. It's also effective for sealing pump couplings, fuel tanks on small implements, and equipment such as chain saws and lawn mowers where reliable low pressure sealing is essential.
