Our MDPE to male and female adaptors enable an MDPE pipe to be connected to a BSP thread.The size of the BSP thread can also be reduced (female) or enlarged (male) by using a brass bush.Made from tough and long-lasting polypropylene, our MDPE fittings utilise an acetal grip ring and a Nitrile rubber O ring at the MDPE end.Pipe liners (or stiffeners as they are sometimes called) should always be used at the MDPE end of the fitting.This fitting is WRAS approved. All of our MDPE fittings can be used on either blue (potable) MDPE pipe or black (non-potable) MDPE pipe.
