FloPlast Ring Seal Soil Access Pipe Single Socket - 110mm Cast Iron Effect

The purpose of this 110mm soil access pipe is to allow the soil pipe system to be inspected and cleared in the event of any blockage. In domestic properties it is usually situated at the foot of the soil pipe at the point where it enters the drainage system. To use the access point, simply remove the access cap by unscrewing it from the threaded projection on the fitting. This could potentially release any blockage above the cap so it is always advisable to stand aside at this point! This fitting has a ring seal push fit socket on the top end and a plain spigot end at the bottom. The spigot end is the same size as 110mm pipe so it can be connected into the socketed end of another fitting or pipe as required. The cast iron effect finish on this range has been developed over many years using a specially formulated paint process that cleverly mimics the metal products of yesteryear. It really does look like cast iron but with the maintenance free benefits of modern PVC.
