FloPlast Solvent Weld Waste Pipe Clip - 40mm Anthracite Grey

This pipe clip is used to fix a waste pipe back to a wall. Clips should be fixed at 1.2m centres vertically and 0.5m centres horizontally for 32 and 40mm systems. For 50mm systems, the vertical centres are the same but the horizontal clip spacing can be increased to 0.6m._x000D_This fitting is available in 32mm, 40mm and 50mm size options._x000D_Our solvent weld waste is manufactured in the UK to BS EN 1455 and is kitemarked._x000D_To make a solvent weld joint, first, ensure that the outer wall of the pipe and the inner wall of the fitting are both clean and free from grit or swarf. Apply SC250 solvent cement to both surfaces. Push the pipe fully into the fitting and give it a twist to ensure that full contact has been made. Clean off any excess solvent with a damp cloth and leave for 5 minutes to set. When using solvent cement, always work in a well-ventilated area and keep the cement away from heat sources or naked flames. Avoid any contact with skin - if contact does occur then wash thoroughly with soap and water.
