Bartoline Clean Spirit 2L Bartoline Clean Spirit™ is a highly effective, water-based alternative to White Spirit. The high-tech formulation of low VOC components is non-hazardous, virtually odourless, non-flammable and contains all biodegradable ingredients. Clean Spirit can be used to clean all water-based, and most oil-based paints from brushes, rollers and paint pads and contains a conditioning agent leaving brushes soft and supple. May also be used to clean paint spills from surfaces, flooring and most textiles. Not suitable for thinning oil-based paints. DIRECTIONSCleaning Brushes, Rollers and Paint Pads: Remove as much paint as possible immediately after use using a cloth or Quick Clean Paint Wipes. Pour Clean Spirit into a suitable container, immerse the brush/roller/pad and work Clean Spirit in well. Remove from the container, rub and work in the solution thoroughly with a gloved hand and fresh Quick Clean Paint Wipe or cloth. Repeat as necessary always using fresh Clean Spirit. For heavily coated items, the item can be left to soak in fresh Clean Spirit for up to 15 minutes after initial cleaning then agitate, work Clean Spirit in well and repeat cleaning. Cleaning Spills from Hard Surfaces: Absorb as much paint as possible using Quick Clean Paint Wipes or a cloth. Pour a generous quantity of Clean Spirit onto a cloth and wipe the surface until all paint has been removed. Rinse with clean water and dry. Cleaning Spills from Textiles: Test a Small Patch for Colour Fastness First. Pour a quantity of Clean Spirit directly onto the affected area and rub vigorously until paint has been removed. Rinse or wash with clean water. Can also be used for cleaning small spills from carpets. SENSIBLE PRECAUTIONSIf medical advice is needed, have product container or label at hand.
