Makita DC40RA XGT Power Source Kit with 2 x 2.5Ah Batteries, Charger & Makpac Case

The 191J85-8 MKP 2.5Ah Power Source Kit contains 2 x BL4025 40V 2.5Ah batteries and DC40RA 240V charger supplied in a Makpac case. The BL4025 is a 40V Max Li-ion XGT 2.5Ah Battery, a new type of cell with increased water and drop impact resistance. Communication between the battery and charger allows to read more detailed information on the battery usage history. The BL4025 communicates digitally between the battery and the tool, the battery and the charger and is equipped with 4 LED battery fuel gauge with a check button, cooling system for maximum battery life and has been designed to use with products in continuous operation. The BL4025 charges in approximately 28 minutes with DC40RA and DC40RB and 38 minutes with DC40RC. The 240V DC40RA 40V Max Fast Charger is designed for charging 40V Max Li-ion XGT batteries, equipped with raised and enlarged charging indicator status light for a more visible indication, selectable melody sound for notification of fully charged battery and has two cooling fans, one for the battery and one for the charging circuit. The DC40RA is capable of performing consecutive fast charges of batteries and is compatible with the Makita Interchangeable Adapter ADP10 (available separately) for charging Makita Li-ion LXT slide type batteries. DC40RA is wall mountable. The charging time for a BL4020 40V 2.0 Ah battery is approximately 22 minutes, BL4025 40V 2.5 Ah battery is approximately 28 minutes and a BL4040 40V 4.0 Ah battery is approximately 45 minutes.
