The Flex KNE 16 18.0-EC C is an 18V cordless brushless nibbler designed for precise, clean cutting in sheet metal applications. This bare unit delivers professional performance for cutting flat and shaped metal sheets without distortion, sparks, or metal dust. The brushless motor provides greater efficiency and extended service life compared to traditional brushed motors. An electronic management system (EMS) protects the machine and increases efficiency, whilst the anti-kickback function enhances user safety. Speed preselection in 4 steps, CDC constant electronics, soft start, overload protection, restart lock and temperature monitoring give you complete control over every cutting task. The streamlined handle section features soft-grip inlays for comfortable handling during extended use. Excellent curve mobility allows for notches and internal cut-outs with radii of 40mm or more, whilst the smallest achievable radius is 24mm. Tool-free adjustment of the cutting direction up to 360° in 45° increments enables quick adaptation to different cutting angles without interrupting your workflow. Ideal for cutting steel sheets up to 1.6mm thick, stainless steel up to 0.7mm, and aluminium up to 2.0mm. Suitable for HVAC installation, roofing work, automotive bodywork, and general sheet metal fabrication. This bare unit is compatible with all Flex 18V battery packs.
