Available with a smooth or anodised finish, the spring loaded truck comes with two grip options: Quick Grip and Smart Grip. The Quick Grip handle protrudes approx. 250 mm horizontally beyond the edge of the trolley and makes it safe and ergonomic to push, while the Smart Grip is designed to save space and protect the panel inside the edge of the trolley. With a constant loading and unloading height, the base sinks continuously when loaded and rises slowly when unloaded. Eight covered ball bearings are used on the spring loaded truck, which guarantees parallel and non-twisting guidance of the lowering base, even when it is only loaded on one side. Its ability to adapt to changes in weight makes it ideal for picking different goods with different weights. Panels and aluminium profiles are connected by clinching, making them very stable. Smooth side panels reduce the friction of the load, while the solid rubber tyres enable non-marking motion. The all round, hardwearing PVC bumper on the upper edge of the trolley provides additional protection for the load and protects the truck from impacts. Both handles for self-assembly, with pre-drilled holes in the truck, including fastening material. The anodised finish lends the aluminium a higher level of corrosion resistance and makes the truck more resistant to abrasion and wear.
