Powered via a standard UK mains socket, it is supplied with a starter pack of accessories including two drill bits, a depth stop and a keyless chuck adaptor. The SDS Plus chuck on the machine lets you use SDS Plus drill bits for powerful and efficient hammer drilling into tough materials like hardened concrete. Switch the machine into Hammer only mode and you can also use SDS Plus chisels for demolition tasks like removing tiles. However, the BEHS01 isn't only limited to SDS accessories as Black & Decker have provided a keyless chuck adaptor which lets you use it with all standard straight shank accessories as well - simply switch the hammer mode off and you're ready to drill into softer materials like wood, metal and plastic too.
