Safeguard Dryzone System High Viscosity Applicator Gun

Applicator gun for Drygrip adhesive application. Drygrip Adhesive is a salt and damp resistant glue. It is used in conjunction with Dryshield Cream as part of the Dryzone System for replastering after rising damp treatment. It creates a very strong and long-lasting bond that has excellent resistance to moisture and the effects of salt on masonry. Application Insert the Drygrip Adhesive cartridge into the open applicator gun and perforate the end with a sharp tool (such as a Stanley knife). 1. Install the disposable Drygrip end cap to the gun, trimming the end of the nozzle to give a 10 mm diameter hole. In some cases, the hole in the nozzle can be made larger to discharge more product during application. 2. Apply Drygrip Adhesive as required. Once applied immediately place the item (e.g. plasterboard) into position. Secure with good, even pressure and slight twist action. Positioning plugs can be used to help place larger boards.
