Product Description
The Stabila 81 SV REM W360 Torpedo Level is a compact, magnetised tool for tradespeople needing precise plumb, level and angle readings in tight spaces. Constructed with a strong cast aluminium T-profile and a slender trapezoidal bevelled shape, it offers a secure grip and easy access in cramped work areas. The die-cast frame features a milled measuring face with a V-groove and a rare earth magnet for stable alignment on metal surfaces, while a holster is included for on-site transport and protection. Vial system and angles: 1 plumb and 1 horizontal vial accompany a 360° rotating angle vial (REM W360) to report any orientation; this model provides rotating angle readings for flexible setup. The W360 variant differs from the fixed 45° option (W45) by allowing continuous angle measurement rather than a preset angle. Additional slope reporting: a 6-ring vial marks 1% and 2% gradients, which is particularly useful for soil or waste pipe installations where precise slope control is required. Accuracy and use: the instrument offers 0.029° accuracy (approx. 0.5 mm per metre) for standard measurements, and 0.043° (approx. 0.75 mm per metre) for overhead readings, giving reliable results across typical trades tasks. Ideal for: pipe installers, carpenters, tilers and site operatives who need reliable orientation in confined spaces, with on-site durability and quick reference on metal structures.
