Cast Iron Halifax Soil Long Radius Access Bend - 88 Degree x 100mm

Soil access bends are used to change the direction of a soil pipe whilst allowing access into the pipe from both directions for inspection and cleaning. Used in either a vertical or horizontal plane, the 88 degree angle gives a slight fall which promotes a self-cleansing flow within the soil pipe. To use the access point, simply remove the access door by undoing the bolts. This could potentially release any blockage so it is always advisable to stand aside at this point! This bend has a longer radius than the standard HS4010 access bend. As Halifax pipes and fittings have no sockets, couplers are required to connect this access bend to a soil pipe or fitting.
