The Sealey SA342 is a pneumatic reciprocating air saw designed specifically for bodyshop and automotive cutting applications. Built for professional use, this compact air-powered tool delivers precise cutting performance on panels, exhaust systems, sills and chassis members. Operating at 90psi with a free speed of 9000 strokes per minute, this air saw provides efficient cutting through steel and aluminium up to 1.5mm thick. The 10mm stroke length and modest 4cfm air consumption make it suitable for use with most workshop compressor systems. At just 0.7kg, the lightweight design reduces operator fatigue during extended use. Safety and control features include a safety trigger device to prevent accidental operation, whilst the adjustable blade guide allows for accurate cutting in tight spaces.
