Karman Tobia - LED designer floor lamp, shovel

Light or shovel? Designer piece Tobia from Karman What is a garden tool doing in the living room? This is a question that can probably only be answered by the designers at Karman, an Italian designer lighting manufacturer. Tobia is an LED floor lamp which is designed in the shape of a shovel and is made entirely of white technopolymer. Therefore, there is no risk that a dirty garden shovel will make the living room dirty. There is also no need to fear clumps of earth falling from it. What should be expected, however, is astonished looks from your guests. Tobia is certainly far from being an ordinary floor lamp. It can, on the one hand, lean casually against the wall as if the shovel has been left there. On the other hand, with the help of corresponding accessories (not included), it can either be suspended from the wall or placed in the middle of the room. Tobia is a product from Karman, a lighting company from Fossombrone in central Italy. The production also takes place in Italy. Traditional Italian craftsmanship plays a major role in the production process, meaning that the production of a light always includes work by hand. Matteo Ugolini, the designer of Tobia, is the Head Designer and Art Director of Karman.
