Thanks to the swivelling lampshade, the light cone can be determined as desired, allowing specific areas to be accentuated with pinpoint accuracy. When switched on, the opal glass shade is gently illuminated so that the light not only shines directly from the opening but is also directed through the shade in a glare-free manner. The integrated dimmer allows brightness regulation in three stages. By using simple shapes and natural materials, the two artists Nørgaard & Kechayas have created an effective lighting object, which was created in cooperation with the renowned lighting manufacturer New Works.
