Introduction to Emotional Intelligence

This course looks at emotional intelligence and having the ability to understand and manage your emotions and those of the people around you. How are you affected by situations, trigger words or people around you? Can you change your reactions to these triggers and situations or your emotional state? How can you practice and improve using your emotional intelligence?
