Inclusive Behaviour and Unconscious Bias

The course describes the definition of equality, diversity and inclusion and how the terms ‘equality, diversity and inclusion can often be used interchangeably yet have different meanings. Some examples and statistics are provided for review, along with relevant legislation and case studies. Best practice in the workplace is reviewed and examples provided for employers and employees to take positive action.
