Giving Constructive Feedback

The course describes the definition of feedback and reviews the two main feedback models, CORBS and SBI, including how to measure performance to inform feedback. The course also reviews the place of workplace observation in appraisal processes, leading to providing constructive feedback in the summary review. The module reviews Pendleton’s model for giving feedback and examples of open and closed questions and concludes with a look at effective listening skills.
