It is aimed at business owners and managers in a variety of settings who want to better understand and support people with mental health problems. Overview This course looks at the six main factors affecting mental health and wellbeing at work and how you can support your employees through helping to define mental health, look at the symptoms, the impact it can have, legislation surrounding mental health and how to devise an action plan which promotes positive mental wellbeing in the workplace. Reasonable adjustments must be made for employees who report their mental health problems as a disability under The Equality Act 2010.
