First, we will take a boat to visit a huge floating fish farm owned by a local family. There, we can understand how the locals make a living from the river's natural resources, while also stimulating your senses with a unique fish foot massage Then we walk along with villagers to discover the lives of local people living on a green islet in the middle of the Mekong River. Their income is based on feeding fishes and cultivating a variety of fruits. A trip to the Mekong River would not be complete without a visit to a tropical fruit garden in which we will learn how locals tend to these gardens and of course enjoy some of our pickings! Finally, a local host family will prepare a cozy dinner with a hotpot soup made with local fishes, vegetables and herbs.
